Many birthing people have a baby shower towards the end of their pregnancy, where they play fun games and open presents for the baby.  But where is the mother in all this?  How do we honor the incredible rite of passage they are going through themselves?  I am honored to guide folks interested in a beautiful ceremony to prepare for birth, whether it is your first or fourth.  Every birth is different, and each time a new version of you as a mother is born. 

• How it works

  • Whoever is “hosting” and I connect to discuss which rituals feel right for this event

  • We will gather in a circle at your chosen location with up to 20 friends and family (usually female-identified folks) 

  • I will guide us in 1-2 hours of rituals, blessings, healing affirmations and meditations based upon what was discussed

  • Food may or may not be included, depending on your budget and desires
